A 4 week YouTube content plan you can actually keep
Most content plans fail in week two. Not because the ideas run out, but because the plan expected a full-time creator and you have a job, school or kids.
This one is built for one video a week, with each step on its own day, so a bad day moves one step, not the whole video.
One week, one video
Split every video into five small jobs and give each one a day:
The four weeks
Each week has one focus besides the video itself, so the channel gets a little better every week instead of all at once:
When a week goes wrong
- Missed filming day: film a shorter version. A 4 minute video beats a skipped week.
- Hate the edit: publish it anyway if the hook and audio are fine. Nobody sees what you cut.
- No idea on Monday: take the best comment from your last video and answer it.
- Two bad weeks in a row: go to one video every two weeks. A slower plan you keep beats a fast one you drop.
Keep the plan in one place
In Cuely, each video is a project with its idea, script, title and publish date. The calendar shows the weeks ahead, so on Monday you open the next project instead of starting from a blank page.

Questions
How many videos a week should a small channel post?
One you can keep up for months is better than three for a month. Start with one a week and add Shorts once the weekly video feels easy.
Should I batch film several videos?
Once you have done four weeks this way, try filming two in one day. Batching before you have a rhythm usually means four half-finished videos.
